Chinese New Year

I wasn’t in the mood to celebrate on the eve of 2014.   So, the celebration in the streets of Chinatown was an opportunity to enjoy the prospects of new year at a more leisurely pace.

Jostling in the huge crowds(and I’m not a fan of crowds) following the dancing dragons accompanied by the loud powerful drumming and showers of colorful confetti  was much more enjoyable than a countdown to the stroke of a clock, any day.
